Graduated from Pekin High School in 1975 and from Midstate College in Peoria, IL in 1986 where she studied the Airline/Travel Industry Program.

Previously employed at Britt Airways in Bloomington then at Peoria Travel Bureau for 13 yrs as a Sales Representative in the Corporate Office.
